I recently got the simgot EW300 dsp's and they were working great. However, one day their balance got thrown completely off. I figured out that it was the brass? golden metallic pieces that screw in and out of the drivers. I changed out the bands and threw new foam in, but one nozzle is still quieter than the other.
Is there a place where I can get replacement parts? I tried searching online, but I only get the plastic eartip parts and not the nozzle itself.
