I currently own KZ ZAX IEMs. Bought them half a year ago and they do their job well (got them as headphones for field recordings) and to listen to music every now and then. I also have some AirPods Pro 2, AirPods Max and Beyer DT990. Just as a little background information.
The ZAX are okay, but not what brings out the "joy" in music listening as my stereo sound system does. I guess you know what I mean.
They are lacking sub bass and soundstage, imaging separation..
There are so so many IEMs right now and I was hoping to get some recommendations around 200ish Euros.
I was looking at the Kiwi Ears KE4 (and Astral), Crinear Daybreak so far.. but am not sure they fit my needs. The sound curve looked way better than the ZAX.
